How long will my delivery take?

Elm Lifestyle chooses Australia Post as our delivery provider. The below estimates are based on their delivery times. Once your package is with Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for delivery times being met.

Where do you deliver?

Here at Elm Lifestyle, our mission is to share pops of colour and fun to as many people as possible. At this point in time, we currently deliver to all addresses within Australia only via Australia Post. We do not deliver internationally.

How do I change my delivery address?

We understand that address mistakes are easy to make. If you need to update your delivery address, please complete our contact form here and confirm your order number and correct address so our lovely Customer Service Team can assist. 

What if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?

Don't worry. The nice person delivering your order will either leave your parcel in a safe place or drop off a card with details on how you can retrieve your parcel and brighten up your day.

Where is my order?

We get it, you can’t wait to get your gorgeous new Elm Lifestyle order. That's why, once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this magical number to keep tabs on your package as it makes its way to you.

What size range does Elm Lifestyle Stock?

Elm stocks sizes 6-22 or S-XXL in most of our apparel online.

Do I need to create an account to shop online?

You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout. However, you might also like to create a VIP account online and become one of our gorgeous community members, this will make shopping online with Elm easier. Sign up here.

How do I know what size I am?

We want to ensure that all your purchases fit effortlessly and look gorgeous. For help with choosing the best fit, refer to our Size Guide, which you can find on any product page or here.

Why is an item a different price online than in-store?

Occasionally, there may be exclusive online-only offers that are not available in-store and vice versa. To make sure you don’t miss out on any of our offers, please make sure you are subscribed to our mailing list or follow us on our social media channels. You can sign up at the bottom of this page!

Does Elm Lifestyle have gift vouchers?

Currently, you can only purchase and redeem Elm Lifestyle gift vouchers in-store.

Does Elm Lifestyle have click & collect?

Currently, we do not offer click & collect.

What payment methods does Elm Lifestyle accept?

I’m unsure if my payment went through. How can I check?

If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email, your payment has gone through. If you’re still unsure, please check your online banking or bank branch for further information.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay offers instalment plans for online shoppers within Australia. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Your payments are interest-free when you pay on time, and you will receive your online order immediately based on our standard shipping time.

Afterpay is currently available for all purchases with no minimum threshold and will be visible at the checkout page online as a payment option. For additional information on returns, please see our returns policy here. You can also view the Afterpay terms on their website here.

Our Elm Price Promise

Our Elm Price Promise offers competitive prices that match our Australian retail stores. Should you find a lower marked price for our product in an Elm Lifestyle Boutique or an authorised Elm Stockist, we’ll happily match it provided that: 

  • The product is identical ;and 
  • The product is in stock.

To request a price match, simply contact our gorgeous customer service team.

For our online customers, before making your purchase, please chat with our team here, who will be able to review the request. If you are shopping outside of business hours, feel free to contact our customer service team.  

Exclusions apply and the Elm Price Promise does not extend to promotions, auctions, clearance or warehouse outlets and includes Elm Lifestyle Boutiques and authorised stockists only. Price matching is limited to prices as marked, stores in the same country and currency only. Elm Lifestyle reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time.
