Where do you ship to?
Elm currently only ship within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
How do I change my delivery address?
We understand that address mistakes are easy to make, if you need to update your delivery address, please complete our contact form here and confirm your order number and correct address so our lovely Customer Service Team can assist.
What if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?
Don't worry. The nice person delivering your order will either leave your parcel in a safe place or drop off a card with details on how you can retrieve your parcel and brighten up your day.
