"love this skirt! It has a thick elastic waistband which i like and the skirt cut is quite straight. It is stretchy fabric so it adjusts to your shape without being too clingy and bump-huggerish. I am 5'10'' and it comes to the top of my knees - great to have a longer length. I went a size 12 as I often find Elm sizing generous (I'm normally at least a 14). It is fitted without being tight. Have had many compliments, it is a great buy."
